Complete and submit the application form for consideration.
If your application is accepted, you will be notified, and additional information will be requested.
This information and a non-refundable $50 registration fee must be submitted within ten days of notification.
The Last Chance will accept a limited number of applicants.
Applicants MUST be 18+ at the time of competition.

Custom Championship Belt
Represent The Last Chance & Memphis,TN, during the Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist Contest during Elvis Week 2025

Semi-finals will start at 3 PM, the finals will start at 7 PM.
The semi-final round will be performed with backing tracks for 2 songs back to back.
The Top 5 will be chosen and return to the stage to perform 2 -3 songs.
Scoring will be accumulated throughout the entire contest.
Approved contestants will submit a form for their top song choices in the order of performance preference.
Songs will be determined in the order in which the applications are submitted. (The faster you sign up, the better your songs will be.)
